Typically a client will bring up to 10 questions that he/she/they would like to gain clarity on from their Higher Self/Oversoul/Subconscious. We will sit and chat for a while about the client’s life, relationships, and anything that they would like to work on, as well as reviewing the 10 questions that they brought in.

Next I will guide the client through the hypnosis journey. Following the hypnosis session, we will review what we learned from the client’s session. The entire process takes around 3-4 hours.
